Angelo Agbejoye is currently on trial with Hannover 96, a Bundesliga 2 club in Germany. He is one of the most promising African talents around at the moment, having previously been on trial at Manchester City and trained by the Nigeria-based Grassrunners.
International Talent Identification & Support
As part of his scouting work, Borel Moukoko regularly travels to Africa and Europe to identify, assess and support promising young talents.
Scouting activities are organised in collaboration with partner sports academies and organisations that are accustomed to hosting international scouts, agents and recruiters. These events take the form of trials or scouting tournaments specifically designed to assess players in conditions that closely resemble top-level competition.
Each scouting session, which lasts an average of 25 to 30 minutes, is subject to a thorough technical and tactical analysis. The players’ performances are also filmed by a professional cameraman to enable a detailed review of the footage and a rigorous assessment of the identified prospects.
When a player shows particularly promising potential, we begin liaising with the relevant clubs, academies or sports officials to explore development opportunities and, ultimately, the possibility of them joining a professional club in Europe.
